What is the 8 Week Fitness Challenge?
An 8 Week Fitness Challenge to achieve your own personal goals. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, get fitter, stronger, exercise regularly etc. It’s a Challenge that is personalised to help you hit your own individual goals.
When and Where is the Fitness Challenge?
The Fitness Challenge starts on 30th September and runs for 8 Weeks. You will train with me once a week in a small group of 4 in my South Brighton Studio. Then you will do another 2-3 more planned sessions at home or in a gym.

Pick from one of the session times:
- Monday: 9.15am – 10am – 2 spaces available
- Tuesday: 6am – 6.45am – 2 spaces available
- Friday: 9.15am – 10am – 2 spaces available
Who’s it for?
Anyone and everyone – I don’t care if you’re 18 or 80, fit or unfit. It’s personalised to match your ability level and goals.
What’s included in the 8 Week Fitness Challenge?
- A 45 min group PT session each week
- Access to hundreds of 20 min workout videos you can do at home, from Pilates, Yoga, Upper body, Lower body, Ab workouts etc.
- A four week healthy eating food plan that won’t leave you hungry or craving food.
- Feedback on food diaries
- Accountability check ins to keep you motivated, supported and successful
All this for just $100 a week.
