When Are The Personal Training Groups?
Every:
Monday and Friday 9.15am – 10 am
Tuesday 6am – 6.45am.
Do one class or all 3!
No need to think, just rock up, workout and have fun. Effective Personalised workouts in a group with varied workouts.
What’s Involved?
Every week there’s different workouts. Focusing on your strengths, goals, limitations and weaknesses.
Maximum of 4 in each group, allowing me to be able to correct technique, assist with niggles and choose exercises to help each person. A great way of working with me, getting results, and motivation at a fraction of the cost of a 1:1 session.
These groups already have an awesome bunch of people that have a lot of laughs whilst working hard. Currently ages range from 44-64 years of age. Beginner and Advanced levels in the same group all exercising at their own levels with different options to suit their ability levels.
Each Small Personal Training group is $67.50 if you regularly commit. $70 as a casual drop in.
